SCOGLIO NERO
YEAR BY YEAR
In such an unspoiled natural setting,
every vintage has a character all of its own.
ANNATA
2019
The ideal season. Well-cadenced rain showers and a classic hot Giglio summer allowed our Ansonica grapes to reach their full potential.
VINIFICATION
100% Ansonica
TASTING NOTES
The Ansonica “Scoglio Nero” in the glass is characterized by a bright golden yellow, with slight amber reflections. The nose expresses all the character of the Mediterranean scrub of the place of origin, intense and varied, with a distinct presence of yellow flowers and notes that refer to helichrysum, chamomile and candied fruit, surrounded by a slight and elegant woody note.
On the palate the sip is full-bodied, characterized by a harmonious and well-smoothed tannic matrix. The finish is slightly bitter with mineral and savory hints that leave the mouth dry and extremely clean.

TASTING NOTES
